Under the supervision of the <\/span>Head Waiter<\/span><\/i>, the <\/span>Commis Waiter<\/span><\/i> participates in the dining room setup, table dressing, and table clearing.<\/span><\/p>

  • Reporting To:<\/b> Director \/ Manager, Head Waiter \/ Section Waiter\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Key Responsibilities\u00a0:<\/b><\/p>

    • Set up tables and prepare the dining area\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    • Maintain and clean the dining room, strictly observing hospitality hygiene and quality standards<\/span><\/li>
    • Ensure smooth service flow and guarantee high-quality service delivery<\/span><\/li>
    • Organize and maintain pantry\/service station areas before and after service<\/span><\/li>
    • Serve guests and perform service support tasks<\/span><\/li>
    • Contribute to seamless service operations<\/span><\/li>
    • Follow instructions given by the <\/span>Chef de Rang<\/span><\/i><\/li>
    • Clear and reset tables between guest seatings<\/span><\/li>
    • Anticipate guest needs<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
