The Host/Hostess role involves guest satisfaction, welcoming and accommodating guests at their table, phone and emails queries while coordinating with the service team to ensure seamless communication. It requires strong communication, multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to handle guest interactions and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently using ZenChef and OpenTable systems.
- Answer phone queries and provide accurate information about the menu, hours, and special events.
- Coordinate with line manager to maintain seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized desk, cloakroom and front-of-house area, creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
- Welcome and seat guests efficiently; guiding guests to their tables and ensure their requests are addressed.
- Answer phone queries.
- Acknowledge and thank guests upon departure.
- isten to guests, adapt service to different clientele, and remain calm when addressing guest concerns or special requests.
- Maintain the VIP client database.
