The assistant bartender position involves maintaining the bar area, bar utensils, and storage spaces, assisting with the bar setup and serving beverages to guests.

Key Responsibilities :
Supply & Setup
- Store and organize stock
- Set up products and ingredients
- Daily cleaning and storing of equipment and bar tools
Service & Sales
- Promote products to customers
- Take customer orders
- Deliver beverage service
- Assist the bartender with on-the-spot requests during busy service hours
Preparation & Production
- Follow standard recipe specs
- Prepare simple cocktails and beverages upon request
- Tactfully enforce current regulations regarding alcohol consumption
- Strictly observe and apply hygiene and safety regulations
Guest Relations
- Welcome guests
- Foster a warm, hospitable atmosphere aligned with the establishment’s brand image and culture
